Can you remember or know how the dealer worded the claim to the warranty guys - would be useful before i go into bat against them. If they will fix one car under the same warranty, they by implication will have to pay for another with the same fault under the same warranty 2018 D5 3.0 HSE Lux
1x D3, 4 D4's - All gone
D A,
Not sure, got the problem on the way home from Aberdeen called LRA out the next morning and they confirmed an EGR fault code. Booked it straight in to Duckworths, who are really good. They confirmed the fault and talked to the warranty people. Duckworths came straight back and told me that they had been told by the warranty people that it wasn't covered.
Unfortunately on the post repair test run the turbo failed and they had to pay for that.

I had two done!
Hi there
I had mine fixed under warranty - first of all, they had my car for 2 weeks as the EGRs were on back order. I got hae car back and within 24 hours it broke down again and needed the other side replaced. They had the car for another fortnight.
Fortunately both were replaced under warranty and they gaave me some cars to play with in the mean time.
