Mmm same here ! however quite happy with the way I mounted it , I welded some bolts onto the crash bar at approx 5 degrees to suit the offset on the intercooler Thumbs Up You're not afraid of the dark are you ?

Very Happy Thumbs Up all of the above when I did mine, mine was slightly thicker than the ones mentioned, and it was not an easy job!

Old post but it seems the most appropriate, looking at IC options and have seen some universal fit units that are 600x300x100mm core size.
Inlet/outlets are on the ends so a couple of 90 degree bends and pieces of tube to fit, overall width is about 750mm so hoping thats enough room ?
