I was thinking to place the pipes past the original and keep the new IC low?
Not sure how you'll get to the pipes with the rad in the way Altox GSM FBH controller thread

I would prefer it to be raised up a bit.
The standard one is right in the firing line for any muddy water coming in. Mine is a mud brick due to that.

For comparison, here it is sat on top of the standard one...
And sat in place...
However, it's not all plain sailing. Doesn't fit between the front of the chassis, and A/C condensor
