Guys, very important.
I possibly have one of the best dealers going. However we have come across two snags with my rejected vehicle. One is they had a computer problem, which deleted some data? The second is that not all of my 'data reload' visits were logged by service as they were done as I called in jobs and the service manager is so good he was trying to help. Unfortunately it has not helped any of us.
This is not EPQR recording, merely visits, which all count when or if you have to reject a vehicle.
