Morning Craig. No we do not have rear ac. With the pipes that go to the compressor they got replaced 2 years ago with the compressor. For some reason a bolt snapped and the pipes got ripped out. The garage couldn’t be sure to get the thread out of the compressor so I had the lot changed. This is why I am not happy as the cost of all that and now it do t work , unless something else has gone of course. I have found out that Halfords do a diy kit. The trigger assembly can go on the low pressure side with out a gas bottle, I was going to check the pressure in the system to see if there is a leak or faulty pressure switch.
I would try another AC specialist or mobile AC person. I’m not sure the home kits will have a UV dye in. That’s how found my leak, by looking myself after a day or two of it being filled.Craig.
