2nd service?
my car has just came back from the dealer because of regular service but i got surprised for the bills.
ive check the parts that needs to be changed
pollen filter
air filter
oil filter
fuel filter
front brake pad
rear brake pad
rear brake clip
front brake pad sensor.
the mileage is only 20.000kms, should i change the brake pad sensor? because this is the first time i change the pads. also there is no notification on my dash about the pads?
is this normal or i've been tricked by the dealer so they can charge me more?

Hi,
I think that the filter replacements are normal apart from the fuel filter, which could be repaced early if your fuel supply is poor in Indonesia.
Brakes are dependant on how hard you use them. Mine have always lasted at last 40,000Ks but I drive gently.
Its always best to replace them before the brake sensors activate as there isn't much left once they have activated.

In my experience you should change the sensor and cable cos it normally brakes when you remove it So if you get one anyway you have it ready just in case and if you dont brake it you have a spare MY18 D5 HSE LUX😎

thanks for the enlightenment guys. this means my dealer is not as bad as i thought... (sorry dealer) hehehe...
as barryp said, the fuel supply is not so good here.
and im using my car for offroad sometime so it might be the reason why should i change the pad so fast..
@sharkysharks can i use my old sensor and cable? the dealer said that it only scratched a bit but better change with the new one.
