wrong spare

Hi All,
When I got my car delivered (2005 tdv6 HSE) the spare wheel was not with it.
This week I received the spare which was sent from germany (I imported the car from germany to holland).
However, the spare is a10-spoke 18" and I have 5-spoke 18" on the car.
I want the dealer to send me the right one, but since I'm going on holiday I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the spare is interchangeable with the wheels on the car (so it can be used as spare during the holiday).
Thank you,
Regards,
Thomas

Yes, the stud pattern is the same.

I have a different from the other wheels style 18" spare (for reasons to do with buying new wheels / tyres etc), and it makes no difference at all. All the important aspects (off set, diameter, width, bolt size etc.) are the same; the aesthetics are the only difference.

Does the spare have the same tyre as the rest? For use as a spare it probabaly isn't that important (and better than the ridiculous cost saver spare) but you shouldn't run different tyres.

it has the same tyre on, albeit a rather worn one. I think they couldn't find one that came with the car and put this one together from whatever rim and tyre that were lying around...
Thanks for your replies,
Thomas
