Reverse lights or lack off 2005 disco 3
Hi ,
Noticed today when the wife backed the disco , off the drive i had no reverse lights , so this afternoon , i took the light clusters off checked the bulbs which both looked intact , so checked them with my voltmeter in continuity mode all ok , so checked the fuse no 5 10amp according to the manual same thing all ok, so ran the test , no issues there but still no lights , even fired the motor up and selected reverse no lights , so just to make sure swapped bulbs swapped fuse still no lights , tested wires at the plug end no power .
any ideas of what the issue could be ?

After the bulbs you have:
Fuses Battery junction box (BJB) - link 16E BJB - link 11E Central junction box (CJB) - Fuse 5P
Wiring harness
Loose or corroded connector(s)
Reversing lamp relay
Missing reversing switch signal
Battery junction box (BJB)
Central junction box (CJB)
Transmission control module (TCM)
Controller area network (CAN) circuits

thanks for your reply ,Robbie , its going in for service next week so ill get them to investigate , as the next steps are a bit more involved .

Ok but double check all fuses and confirm if anything else that works of the reverse sensor (parking sensors, reverse dip mirrors etc) works or not. You don't want to look too blonde…

Is it manual ? If so has gear indication on dash got slow to change when you change gear may require x y sensor recalibrationClub original turbo
