replacing rear brake pad sensor cable |
|
Hello
I am looking to find out if it is at all possible to change the rear pad sensor cable yourself.. If so, is there a step by step guide on the forum?
I have the part.
Thanks very much
Nick

Yeh it's easy !
Have a search for bodsy's brake bible.
Essentially jack car up, take wheel off. pull sensor off pad (usually it's knakered because your pads are worn !). Cable then follows the route of the brake pipe up to the chassis and round the back of the suspension air bag.
Other end needs disconnecting.
David. There is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes.
