5 years or 10 years?

Can anybody tell me why LR state that the coolant should be drained at 10 years, but all the aftermarket OAT coolant suppliers I've seen e.g. Comma, Halfords coolant etc, state 5 years?

Is there something magical about LR coolant compared to the other OAT coolants out there? Shocked
