For Sale - Welsh Section D pony, 14.2 plus horse trailer...
Given the number of folks on here who may either have horse-mad daughters or know of others with similar afflictions, I hope that the following is deemed to be of interest. I will alert Martin to my non-D4 advert and will also make a donation to the site should either the pony or the horse trailer be sold via the site.

The ultimate off-roader?
Our daughter is thinking of A levels, driving lessons and (ultimately) university and so we have come to the very sad decision to sell her pony... if anyone on here is interested, please PM me with a contact number and I'll get Niki to call you as she can do 'horse' far better than I can but here goes...
Looby Lou (known as Looby but full name is Llyddow Bonny Face) is a 14.2 Welsh Section D who is every mother's dream ride - she is safe, capable and will look after her rider all the way.
She will jump, do X-Country and hacks out both on her own or in company - note, our yard is on a busy road, so she won't have done much hacking recently. Unlike some ponies that I have known, she is easy to load and travels with ease. She has hunted on occasions with the local bloodhounds (not foxhounds...)
On the yard, she is one of the most easy going ponies that you could hope for and doesn't barge, nip, kick or otherwise make life difficult... if Carlsberg did ponies, she would be one of their stars!
Jess has had her for around 4 years - Jess originally rode a flighty 12.2 thing which petrified me and did little for Jess's confidence - Looby has given her the confidence to go out and try things, she is always ridden in a snaffle and will do as much or as little as Jess wants.
We are looking for £3,750 for Looby, plus tack although the right home is possibly more important than the money! Tack includes a leather saddle (don't ask... I could have got a set of tyres AND change...), rugs and all sorts of stuff - Niki will give you more details...
Trailer:
This is an Ifor Williams 505 in blue - realistically, I don't want to see this go until Loobs is sold but can provide photos on request.
It's in good overall condition, alloy floor and rubber mats throughout... will be £1,950 (£1,800 if sold with Looby)

Good to meet you, glad you had a safe journey back!
Vetting is all organised for next Friday, so I think we are going to have a traumatic time as she has been such an easy pony (some, Chris, I would have gladly donated to Tesco...) but Jess is well and truly hooked into the study bit at present and it simply doesn't seem fair to keep Loobs there just as a 'weekend ride'
