Pathetic windscreen washer
Hello gents,
My windscreen washer is crap. Has always been whilst I had the car (18mth now). Suspected the jets so replaced them with D4 jets c/o TLO. Improved things a little, but I am sure a hamster could urinate faster and with more force. Especially if going fast they don't cover half the screen (ok if stationary). There is just no power there.
Drove my wife's FL2 the other day and they are like a power washer in comparison.
Any one had similar? Worth changing the pump (is that a big job?)

Hi apache
I had a similar problem, so i checked the jets and that the pump was working ok. Tis only left the pipe/tube to be blocked.
All I did was simply replace the pipe/tube which was a little fiddely but not difficult and all was perfect again.
Good luck.Giggity - Giggity

Come to think of it:
I drove the Evoque and the windscreen washer on that car actually sprays a cloud of fluid on the windscreen, instead of four streams... I dunno about the construction on the evoque but any chance they will fit the D3?
