That idea has been done very sucessfully with 2 freelander 1's.
A blown engined V6 5 door was the donor and the front was removed and the back modified pretty much the same as you have done.
Have seen it done with a 3 door model as well.
I like the idea of it. Will be heavy, but a very good trailer.In loving memory of FA54WSK.

isnt the photo on right the lady seen in the background of photo 2 (same hair cut) Experience is a difficult teacher, because she gives the test first and then the lesson afterwards!!!!
