D4 wheels
I have just bought a set of 18'' wheels for my 59 plate D4 2.7 manual. They have on them 25560/18 tyres, they were off a 2006 D3. I bought them for my set of ATR's. I have tried one wheel on and it seems to fit to me. Doesn't catch caliper etc. Wkeel nuts go on and they lie flat on the hub.
I am assuming it will be OK. The wheel details are 8J 18 offset 53. Before I get my Pirellis fitted to them can someome who knows about wheels tell me if they are OK to fit. I didn't pay a fortune for them and they were too good to miss so took a gamble. I currently have 18'' on.

The 2.7 D4 has the same hubs etc as the D3, it's a D3 with a smiley face.

Don't mind the smiley face... at least it's gota proper gearbox for real drivers. Just driven a 3.0 Hse with auto of course, what a heap of ........ never in the right gear, and all that power wasted in driving an auto box and fuel, great engine just needs a proper gearbox. Oh and a real handbrake. Join the I hate EPB group !!!!!
Only joking I know you old folk prefer auto's with that special Limp home function.
