SOLD! Td5 90 Station Wagon - low mileage & good spec

Land Rover Defender Td5 90 Station Wagon County – almost XS spec with aircon and cold climate pack

Registered new on 31/12/2002 - only 48,527 miles
Oslo blue metallic paint

I acquired this car in March 2009. There were 3 previous owners and it had covered just under 37k miles. I have used it for driving (10 miles) to and from the station a few times a week and to the airport a couple of times a month. The only off road use has been driving across the fields around the house occasionally. It’s always flown through the MOT with no advisories and has been well looked after and in good fettle.

Overall, a genuine non molested Defender in fantastic condition!

I am selling as finances have allowed me to buy a Puma.

It is a Td5 County with:
• Heated seats
• Heated windscreen (very recently replaced)
• Air conditioning
• Electric front windows
• Soft A bar and driving lights – fully switchable as required by the MOT .
• Boost alloys with General Grabber TR (235/85/R16)
• Fold down side & rear steps
• 7 seats – four inward facing fold down in the rear plus middle seat in the front
• Puma radio/CD player and replacement speakers
• Tow bar & electrics (only used very occasionally as I normally tow with my Disco)
• External bolts and screws replaced with stainless steel
• New window channel felt for rear windows
• Two sets of keys, owners & service manuals

MOT to 25th Mar 2012 & taxed to end Feb 2012

Serviced at:
03/02/04 6,689 miles JV Like (supplying dealer)
28/02/05 11,219 miles JV Like
05/04/07 31,367 Roman Camp Garage
March 09 36,800 Foxwood Cars

Bad points:
• Small nick in passenger seat
• Small nick on the back of the central front seat
• 3 missing covers for the air con vents
• Minor ding in passenger door and on roof
• Rear driver’s side window is a bit rattly

A genuine Defender in fantastic condition!

£13,495

Viewing in Malmesbury, Wilts – less than 10 minutes from Junction 17 off the M4

Now THAT is a bonny motor, don't think i'd get away with a 3rd 'rover in the driver but good luck with the sale!

Well, this motor is now parked in my garage Thumbs Up I can say it is as good as it looks in every way, and it is probably the tidiest Defender CSW that I have seen in a long time.

Pleasure to do business Chopdogs Thumbs Up

Yes, Abersoch will be on the cards next year. Not until March though, the chalet is closed up for winter now.

Really chuffed with the Defender, hopefully the insurance won't be an issue - I just read your other post, and Chaucer were the company I went with. I was on the phone for 40 minutes today at Chopdogs house trying to arrange cover to drive home. Their Delhi representative hardly stopped to draw breath Laughing I will keep an eye out for paperwork and send back straight away.

Looks like a great Defender, I recently bought a 300tdi 110 CSW, but it looks nowhere near as nice as that.

It is a experience driving the Defender after the D3, I use the D3 for long trips and the Defender for non motorway stuff. Mind you, about 3 spanner sizes will dismantle a Defender and it's easy to reach everything.
