Thanks CFB Thumbs Up ,its a cracking car but it makes sense for me to get a defender for work although i will probably regret it Mr. Green
must admit i have got used to the little luxuries like A/C,remote central locking,a heater that works,a radio i can hear etc,etc!! but as i am a defender specialist it makes sense for me to run one myself Sad

Forgot to add,the disco has a straight through stainless pipe( sounds 8) ) but i also have the original center silencer if its too noisy for the buyer Whistle

Will try and get some pics next week (car at work awaiting a new fuel pump Rolling Eyes ) . Yes it has dual zone aircon/climate control that works,just replaced 2 ally pipes in the engine bay and regassed the system. Has the standard size petrol tank and a (approx) 48l gas tank in the boot boxed in. If i were keeping the car i would replace the gas tank with a 100l tank as this wouldnt take up much more room but would double the gas range(currently only around 120 miles)

the only faults i know of on the car ( apart from the new dead fuel pump Rolling Eyes ) is that the sunroof has been sealed shut to stop leaks and the wheels could do with balancing( only discovered this yesterday when i did a motorway run and got a steering wobble at 75-80mph)

Got a new fuel pump coming on monday(genuine part) and when thats fitted i will be taking it to get tyres balanced
