Hello
I had a GVIF installed yesterday, and everything is great. However, I'd like to be able to hang an ipad from the headrest, and view it in the front too. When plugged in, the ipad switches off its own screen and puts all output through the GVIF...
Any ideas? I'd rather use the ipad than install headrest monitors if I can!
Thanks

This is an iPad2, it switches all output to the external monitor. I'm pretty reluctant to try jail breaking, no idea why!!!

Excuse my ignorance, but what cable do you use with the iPad to hook it up to the gvif? And how do the resolutions of iPad and navscreen compare?
@Wiggs; tv out, is this the app by JwalSoft Inc?
