What shall we put in the box?

The Box is the 'pet' name for my D3. Its been three months since I upped from a Freelander 2, and I am still smiling, (except at petrol stations.) I am now ready to make my mark on it. Its an 08 GS, and the original owner seems not to have put any options on it. From using this forum, I know I can add cruise control and audio switches to my steering wheel, which I will be ordering from TLO on pay day this week. So, what else can I/should I add to 'The Box'? I would be lying if I said money was no object as it is. All suggestions will be read, and some may even be taken seriously. Over to you folks. Oh, perhaps I should mention, I cant use a screwdriver or a spanner very well. Laughing
Man with no D3 anymore, but cant leave the forum....how sad.

I would be looking at putting Xenons on it !

Thats prob the best thing I've done to mine, i may sound unfair to say but the standard halogens are Sh!te !

I read posts when i wanted some stating that Halogens were poo and you dont really get enough for what they cost, well i can say that the Xenons are daylight, and whats more important i find other road users when pulling out of a Jctn think twice before pulling out, prob because they think something faster is comming along Whistle

My wifes noticed it as well !

Whatever you choose to do it wont be your first mod !
Enjoy the journey

Thumbs Up

My first mod wasn't technically to the car, it was the massive grin it put on my face every time I get in the drivers seat!

Personally I let my budget decide, I look at how much spare cash is available at the time and then at the nice bits available. Then I divert some cash every month into the LR fund so it builds up and I can get the more pricey bits, Although the house has been nicking the LR fund of late, but it's all good Thumbs Up
