Goodyear Wrangler UtraGrip Winter tyres

Kwik fit will store and refit winter / summer tyres at each change of season for a one off payment of £12 a tyre.
The only winter tyre that they do though in a 255/55/19 is the Goodyear Wrangler UltraGrip at 218.50 per tyre. (fitted)
Are these any good?
How do they compare to Wintrac 4 Extremes?
