A friend with whom I shoot has an RRS. Standard wheels and low profile tyres, he has had 4 side wall punctures since the begining of the shooting season, and is now taking my advice to buy whinter wheels & tyres.
In this respect is the RRS the same as the Disco3 - in particular can he go down to 17" wheels, and might bhere be a problem with offset/clearing the brake calipers?
In so far as rating is concerned I understand that RRS 18s are rated at 940kg, & the D3 version is about 950/960kg; what is the rating for the RRS on 17" wheels, if they can be fitted?
I assume tyre recommendations for the RRS are the same as Disco3, General Grabber's new AT or Vrrestein Wintrac4 Xtremes?
NJSSAm I Gammon or Woke ? - I neither know nor care.

Don't think RRS will take a 17" wheel due to the brakes.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948
