I have a problem with the off/side head lamp not dipping all the time, I have replaced the n/s front ride level sensor as this was faulty which I thought may affect the dip motor on the lamp, but no diffrence. any one had same problem and got the answer, No fault codes on the computer when pluged in.

Sometimes they just stick. Vigourous exercising of the shutter soemtimes cures it, otherwise it's a new headlamp unit really.... Bodsys Brake Bible

When you say Vigourous exercising do you mean just switching on off or do you mean removal of the lamp on the bench ?

Hey thanks for the tips. Put lamp unit on the bench worked out how it all worked and got dip shutter to move alot. Put back onto D3, but still no change, So gave the lamp unit a got slap and then all was well again. Did as you said many times and every thing seams tickety Boo . Thanks. Must have been just a small bit of corrosion on the shutter hindge.
