Wanted - Expo Rack Parts- Skirt, Cross Bar, Tie Downs, Floor

After - neoprene skirt (or a template so I can make one) and a front cross bar.
Even a floor if going spare (although making one is an option as done before on here),
Also anyone with some spare eyelets?
