Pirelli Scorpion ATR (Again) |
|
I've been pricing up these tyres (255/55R 19) to replace the original Scorpion Zeros. So far......
National Tyres - £244
ATS - £287
Kwik Fit - They haven't heard of them??????
Are they taking the , or is this about the going rate?

Bit disappointed with the Zeros in terms of winter/off road driving.

AJS to be honest, contact Andy he will help you, or go Wranglers, they seemed to cope well enough for me, wear better than the Zero's. But I changed mine to MTR's and still on NEW alloys sitting in me shed

Would love MTRs but I don't think I could cope with the noise
But they do look soooo cool!

Just thought I'd mention, if you contact Andy, he will send them up so you can get them fitted locally if you don't have an excuse to drive down South. They were well under £200 each fitted when he did mine - don't know what he can do them for at the moment. You'd probably pay around £10 each for fitting and balance on top.

Okay, if I can find someone to fit them not too far from me.
Thanks

Hi, my local Kwik fit supplied and fitted my 4x 18'' ATR's for £640 inc, they did have to ordered direct from Pirelli, it only took a couple of days for them to be delivered no differance in road noise, i even think that they are slightly quieter :thumbsup:would recommend, seem to be wearing well, unlike the Zero's

It was a nick name i got when i had my Ducati, scratching is a style of riding , ie getting your knee down on roundabouts etc, sad, but this was in my youth, it just stuck as a user name
