Identifying a part - what is this part in the fuel line ?

Can anyone help me with the name / part number for the part (9) in this diagram.

It sits at the front of the diesel fuel tank in a rubber bush. It has a fuel line in + a fuel line out and an electrical connector.

Where is the dosing pump located on a 2008 Disco 3, HSE ? I think mine is shot. Relocated to Mid France from N. Wales March 2021
