The only suspension upgrade I'm aware of is for coiler Disco's & just stronger springs & a bit of a lift. or the very recent shocker upgrade from the guy in greece.

I seem to remember that the Matzker upgrade had selectable height but that's about all I know.

consider me asked Thumbs Up

The story is that the Matsker kit consists of two parts, part one is an electronic box that interfaces with the cars suspention controls, it allows you three selections off, everything is normal. up, about 40mm higher in all settings. and down, lower in all settings.
I have found it quite usefull off road for the extra ground clearance, also if you lift it in normal mode you can drive at high speeds without the suspention dropping, usefull in the desert. I have also found that driveing on motorways in lower mode makes the D3 feel really stable to drive.
The cost of this kit is about £1k, i would not recommend trying to fit it yourself, it requires a great understanding of wireing and the D3's systems.

Part two of the kit consists of a set of uprated shocks, these give fare better performance than the standard LR ones and are optimised for use with the otherhalf of the kit.
Again i would advise aganst trying to fit these yourself, they fit through the air bags and have a complicated seal arangement, not for the faint hearted.
The cost for these is about £2k

My advise would be to talk to 10forcash, he has fitted both the electronics and shocks with great results, he can also supply you the kit at a good price.
if he wants to visit you in the cost del sol to fit them, dont let him unless he brings me to assist Thumbs Up

PM me for his number, he is your man.
