on my settings it says Lazy Entry on, wots this. cant find in handbook anywhere

Lazy entry unlocks all the doors by only pressing the unlock button once, i think

According to the works shop manual :
The 'LAZY ENTRY' menu allows the driver to disable or enable the lazy entry function
which moves the exterior door mirror and the seat position to that set by the driver. The
memory positions are stored in the memory module and the individual settings are
recognised from the ignition key identification. The feature can be changed to on or off
using the steering wheel + or - buttons.

Yeah basically works as follows if enabled AFAIK:
When you turn off the car, the position/adjustments in use will be recorded. The next time you use that same key to open the car, the adjustments will return to that position. So if SWMBO uses your key, next time you open the car lazy entry will adjust it to her position.
The thing I'm not sure of is whether lazy entry actually records any settings you have at the time you turn off the car, or if it can only work with memory presets - ie. if I adjust the seat manually and don't save it into a mem preset, will lazy entry remember it anyway? something to have a play with
