Help, issues after RH Inlet Manifold replaced! |

So I had a split RH inlet manifold which has been replaced by a local garage a few days ago.
Seemed to be running fine until this morning. The car whilst driving cut out and had to coast to a stop, several lights came on saying HDC no available and park brake fault, I turned the engine off and it restarted fine, I managed to get home.
I got my code reader and headed out to see what codes I could grab if the mishap happened again. Of course it happened again, however I was able to re start the car again and drive.
Faults that have come up are a crankshaft sensor A circuit range/performance, a GB fault came up and several invalid data from the ECU on several other fields.
I've come back to the car and it won't now start, it's turning over fine and was running fine up until it cut out, Seems like a fuel issue? no faults relate to the inlet manifold split fault at all.
If I were a betting man it's some connection that's either broken or hasn't been put back together, any ideas from anyone?
UPDATE,
car just started again,
Started driving, all drives fine, no issues at all, plugged in my cheap code reader and got the following
P0336-64
Crankshaft position sensor A circuit range/performance
U0416-64
Invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module - this is adult appears in the transmission and RLM fields

Apologies on the updates, I'm posting as the faults come in!
So whilst driving (literally 1 min ago at time of posting) the car cut out, warning on the dash are as follows
HDC not available
Park brake fault
Stability control not available
Emergency brake assist not available
Gearbox fault

I did check the battery and its fine,
I've boiled it down to the crankshaft position sensor, from what I've read and seen all the Symptoms relate to this so going to change it out, looks like a nightmare of a job! Has anyone done this recently on a D4? I've seen it done on a RRS and they get to the sensor by removing the front LH upper control arm, some heat shields, the oil RTN pipe from the LH turbo which gives just enough room to get at the sensor.
I'm looking at ordering the part and 2 part numbers keep coming up, unsure which one I need or even if there's any difference to the 2. The 2 parts are LR049872 and LR126062, could anyone advise on which I would need? The cars a 2012 D4.

Sorted,
It was the crankshaft position sensor, seems to be running fine now. Awful job to do, like I mentioned in the previous post, remove the LH upper control arm, 2x heat shields, the LH turbo oil return pipe then you have room to get to the sensor (sort of), make sure you're in a good mood when you start and have patience in abundance!

Looks like im having the same problem with crankshaft sensor. Did you order LR126062 or LR049872?
Mine is an 2012 TDV6

I got LR049872 and mines a 2012 as well, I think this one superseded the other part number you mentioned.

Thanks! Did you replace the triggerwheel? Found info at advanced factors that modified sensor LR049872 will require the trigger wheel to be replaced with later type at the same time. De-tangoed, G4 Winch, G4 Raised airintake, G4 Sumpguard, V8 brakes, 3 flash, clock on dash. Done belts, brakes, parkbrake actuator, transfer ecu, wheelbearings, air dampers, suspension arms, alternator, cruisecontrol,steelpan autobox++
