power steering leak ?
trying to identify the source of this leak - red arrows on the gaiter.

This is the left hand side - the vehicle is a EU model.
I suspect it is the steering rack - any advise or anyone experienced the same ?

The area in general looks a bit damp suggesting the seal on the rack is just starting to let by. I would be minded to take the gaiter off the end of the rack and see how much oil drips out. Then clean it all up with some brake cleaner including the surrounding area and put the gaiter back on.
Drive normally for a week or so then check to see if there is evidence of a leak. A bit of light misting is OK but if it is dripping you're on borrowed time. Also check the steering fluid reservoir for level, if it's leaking the level will drop.
That being said, look above the gaiter, there is oil dripping from above so the "leak" may not be the rack but no harm in popping the gaiter off in any event.

Also checked the flow and it goes up to the PS reservoir - there was a leak at the tube connection, dried the bottom part - will check back if I see any fluid there in a couple of days.
