Front wheel hubs

Things got a bit noisy coming back from northern Denmark last week.

Both sides developed some 'flexibility' and the steering became less than perfect.

I've replaced both hubs having acquired a sexy new 350Nm torque wrench.

Now to the question - the disc 'retaining/alignment' bolt was missing from the OS and is no longer serviceable for the NS.

Earliest I can get them is Thursday, so, do I need these bolts or are they just to assist original assembly?

Thanks

Not essential. Just keeps the disc in place while the wheel is off. Thumbs Up

Richard

Thanks for confirming. I'd assumed that to be the case as it looks like the OS has been sheered off years ago.
