Thaks in advance.

I assume you are talking about the ABS pump! If so, looking down on the connector (its a clamped lever type connector) you can see where the lever is in the parked (locked position)
Take a flat blade screwdriver and insert it into where the lever wraps around the bottom of the connector and gently prise it towards the front of the car. Once it pops out lift it upwards and it will detach the connector from the terminal block itself.

Legend.
Thanks very much. I could see clips and stuff and just didn't want to break it.

Hi all
I was able to move the lever here, but cannot seem to separate the connector fully? the wiring harness seems to have little to no slack in order to remove the connector?
Does the ABS pump need removing first? Looking in the Haynes manual and it merely says 'disconnect the connector'..
Am I Missing something..?

Make sure the lever is in the fully raised position, if the harness is very tight you may have to manoeuvre it slightly towards the connector. You can spray a little WD40/ silicone spray or similar which may assist removal, but it's elementary.
Don't move the ABS unit. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Thanks ROFSR G for your response. I did manage to raise it to fully raised, but then the connector wouldn't slide off (pulling it towards the front of the vehicle), only managed to wiggle it maybe 10mm.
The only thing I could see was that the harness seems dead fixed in where it is laying under the connector, and there doesn't seem to be an awful lot of play there.
I'll try and get some pictures up to demonstrate what I'm talking about.
thanks.

With the lever in the "fully open" position the two pieces should be separated. I think the lever may not be fully open.

I've literally just had mine off and it was a bit of a fiddle as you are having. Try pulling the connector towards the front of the car as you lift the leaver and it should come off
