Hi all, anyone know what could be the cause for this water leak? I'm loosing coolant very slowly and was not originally able to see where it's going. I've changed both egr valves this week and no water is in there so looks like the egr coolers are fine.
Today I noticed the disco is now marking it's territory with a little puddle after a run. It seems to be leaking somewhere around the front pass side strut and running down the frame on the front side of the suspension. I've looked at the top under the bonnet and can't see any wet hoses or any leaks. Anyone know what it is?
Seems I can't post photos here so google photos it is then

Have you had the air-con on as that dumps water on the floor.

Nope the AC is non op at the moment due to a leak and no gas.
Water is also warm when I touched it today after a run.

Could be the expansion tank? Big white plastic container with a pinkish fluid in it? If that's discoloured not ideal so a pressure test will be needed (and probably leave the car parked up)

Thanks but it's not the expansion tank from what I can tell. All pipes are dry from the top and can't see any wet parts from the top. I've got a horrid feeling it's the plastic inlet on the block behind the pas pump. I've got one just in case and will take a look via the wheel arch tomorrow after removing the wheel and heat shealds. The leak looks to be in the right place for it to be that or the hose going to it.
Had 3 weeks of non stop fun with this bloody car. First alternator dies, then brakes, egr valves and now this!

Yep again was my first thought but they are dry.
Looked at it today and we thought it was the water pump so installed a new one and initial test drive was good. But looks again after a second run and it's dripping again. Coolant is warm but not burning hot. Can't see any leaks but I do see what looks like a damp spot on top of the pas pump but nowhere else. Don't know if that's from when I changed the pump or not. I'm really starting to think it's the plastic inlet on the side of the block. But that looks like a ball ache of a job to do.

So if anyone is intrested think I have this resolved. turned out to be the pipe that goes to the pas side erg cooler over the top of the pas pump. looks like the pully rubbed a hole in it.
