Marcon, it sounds like you may have had a leak in the aircon system and the refrigerant gas has leaked out. I would get it checked out either at the dealer if under warranty, or a mobile aircon repairer. Or, is the "off" button illuminated?

I wouldn’t get too pee’d off just yet Marcon.

Monitor the climate control system over the weekend, just to see what it is actually doing.

I’ve had mine do some pretty crazy things in the past, such as blow freezing air, when you’d think it should be heating the car & visa versa, such as your experience.

Did it blow the hot air pretty soon after starting up for the first time in the morning ? As again, mine has had some fits, when it tires to detect the ambient temp & then bring the cabin to the temp you have asked it to. With same pretty strange results, often prompting me to say out loud...."what the hell is it doing now"

But it always settles down after a while.

BTW, congrats on the new D3, spotted it parked up yesterday (Saturday) Stormers look well on it Thumbs Up

Make sure you are not turning air-con on with economy button, this is only the fan not the airconditioning I made this mistake in the first couple of days.
