Ride height sensor metal cover screws rusted out🤬

Ok so front air bags and front ride height sensors arriving tomorrow. However the screws on the metal cover on each of the sensors are completely rusted. Anybody had the same and what the best way to remove , drill out, grind off?? I don’t want to do any damage to other components. Thanks.

Not doing the rears yet just fronts. Access on front seems ok to drill them out. As Disco Mikey mentions left hand drill bit. Will let you know how I get on.
