15 K service interval display fault

The cars in for it's 15K service today and I've just had a call from our non franchised garage to let me know they can't reset the service interval counter. They do have the info to do this but for some reason it won't reset. They reckon it's a software issue as it didn't count down to let me know when the service was due either.

I've got a 07 SE and wondered if anyone else has had a problem or could suggest a workaround as I'm a bit concerned it might affect the warranty.

Thanks
Steve

I'm about 500 mile off 15k and haven't seen any "service required" alert yet. When should I expcet it to happen?

Mine's an 07 SE as well.

Mine counts down from about 450 miles. Recently discussed on here, the 'procedure' for a manual reset does not appear to work. Its not an official Land Rover procedure, so don't expect any sympathy from a dealer.

IFAIK an Autologic equipped independant should be able to do this also.
