I'm getting the E on the dash where it says which gear your in coming on, along with no speedo, rev counter, temp gauge going into red, hazard lights on and suspension and brake warning faults, car runs when it does this but drops the suspension down, if switched off it will not restart until the E goes, does this sound like a fault on the clocks or do I need to be looking elsewhere?

Read codes. Check battery voltage at battery again at 2000revs, should be 14.5v ish. If all good there buy a good quality brake switch from ford, fairly easy to install. Check all brake bulbs and replace with the best you can get.

I’d say it was a canbus error
Or could be dash fault as you say.

Get the codes read. Suspect one of the ABS speed sensors mounted on the hubs has gone down. Once you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Pity there are so many idiots to defeat.
