Suspension half working
I just finished replacing my Hitachi compresspor with an AMK unit. After some minor hiccups I got the compressor running. I am not having an issue with the suspension going up. At first it wasn't raising but I after playing around with the GAP tool I was able to get the front raised, honestly not sure how I did it. At the end of testing I started getting error code C1A00-54 System programming failure - missing calibration so at that point I left it for the day.
This evening I started again looking at it and decided to do a calibration. I started the calibrationn and I was able to adjust the height of the front up and down with no problem. When it came to the rear then I ran into issues. As I pressed the arrows to adjust the height of the susupension up I could hear the rear valve block clicking but there was no sound of air flowing into the bag like on the front of the suspension. I tried both the left and right rear corners and it was the same. It almost sounds like there is no air flowing to the block or something.
Has anyone ever encountered something like this?

Beware the ecu needs reprogramming when fitting an AMK
Maybe you need to disconnect the pipe to the rear block, near the compressor and prove its not blocked.

ECU has been reprogrammed for the compressor and was successful thankfully.
I'll check the pipes after I get home from work.[/quote]

Could be the reservoir valve needs a clean and refurbish. Kits are available on ebay. The kit usually includes both front and rear valve blocks as well.
The suspension should still work even if you have not the correct software loaded for Hitachi/AMK it was only a pressure setting that changed.
Just disconnect the feed to the front air valve and check that there is air being delivered, if not you need to look at the distribution valve in the centre of the car in front of the pump.
Are you sure you have the pipes connected correctly, or have you messed around with any height sensors?.
