no - sorry - you wouldn't get those in or out anyway, the std one only come out by matching the depression in the upright with the back of the drive flange

That's why I keps the studs out of the old Front Wheel bearing when I changed it.
Thought they might come in handy one day.
Peterall, if you were a bit closer I'd have sent you one.

Rear wheel stud changing
I have just changed one on my D3 and didn’t fancy having to take the hub off and press out the bearings etc. but found an easier way.
The studs on the rear wont press out of the hub as they hit the bearing housing but if you hammer them in a couple of mm you get get a blade in and cut off the head of the old stud then knock it through. I then cut the corned off the head of the new stud (same as Disco 2 or P38 #FTC2057) and chamfered the very end of the thread, it can then be inserted from the back of the flange.

I don’t suppose a dealer would do it this way but there is so little material removed I cannot see it failing. Obviously you do have to take off one of the parking brake shoes to get access but beats taking the hub apart, hope this helps someone. Photos attached.
