Hand grabs

Hi
Ref hand grabs drivers and passengers side on D3
Is there any way off fitting hand grabs like the D2 as I would like to fit some if possible, I haven't seen any and I know there is the airbag and screen heater wiring under the pillar cover.
Any advice please pete truckle
