Transmission failsafe mode, fault fixed!

So a little while back I went out to my disco and found that it would crank but wouldn’t fire, after a month or so I finally got round to looking at it, fitted an new fuel rail and an in tank pump which sorted out that issue. Done around 150 miles before an F popped up on the dash, lost all power, suspension lowered and all the lights on the dash came on, switched it off and on again and it cured itself for around 2 miles then done it again. I had a look for this fault online but found most people asking about it but never posting if they had fixed it or not. So my fix was kinda strange but I code read the car and in the transmission I had U2023 - Fault received from external node. Had a look in the engine and still had a low fuel rail pressure fault, on a bit of advice from a friend I put 2 bottles of wynns injector cleaner and a new fuel filter on it (even though the one on there was less than 5000 miles old) and it sorted it out almost instantly! Now starts perfectly and has just completed a 600 mile round trip without missing a beat.
If this helps 1 person I’ll be happy! Stay safe out there guys and girls!
