Some kind of electrical issue since many systems complain that medium speed can is off?
As you replaced the instrument panel (“clocks””) are you sure a. The new one was setup correctly, b. The connectors are seated properly?

I’d agree with Kajtzu, reading you codes without the mention that your had the cluster done first suggestion would be punch the cluster as these codes are usually down to the bad solder issue (honest punching does work)
Pop your cluster out and recheck the plug is on correct is worth a go.
When you say “had the clocks done” what did you have done?2008 HSE Stornoway Grey

I would get it diagnosed by a LR specialist, guessing can get very expensive.
Have you checked for Water in the passenger footwell you may have a water leak that's affecting the BSI unit.Andrew

I would be checking the integrity (continuity / short to ground / 12V) of the CAN bus wires.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
