It’s all gone Pete Tong!! |

Urgent help please!
The car has just gone haywire!!!
I’ve just refuted the compressor and all was fine.
I then changed the fuse for the horn as it had blown and now the car is having a hissy fit!!!
It’s flashing the hazards, locking then unlocking, then deadlocking.
I had to unlock from the passenger door and then key in the ignition to be able to unlock the other doors???
Any help gratefully received as I’ve had to disconnect the battery for now!
It’s not done this before???

If it was fine but hornless with that fuse blown, take that fuse out and see what happens. .

Check volts on the battery. Had this on SWMBO 2019 CH-R. Battery below 6v.

12.4v according to iid tool.
Have just re-paired my key and it’s locked. But it did this when the fuse was still in then the alarm went off and it started flashing. So watching out the window lol

When you repaired the key fob, did you check for solder shorts. If you have a second key try that.

Maybe find out why fuse was blown in the first place, Iirc horns are wired about face, ie they are full time live and when you press the button you earth the system out?
