[For Sale] 5 x18 inch discovery 3 alloy wheels.
Hi
Just removed these wheels from my D3 today as I have replaced them with 19inch wheels
You can see the tread depth in the pictures all between 5 and 6mm left.
Four tyres are identical and have worn quite evenly.
The odd tyre was the spare and the tyre seems as though it's not been on the road and seems brand new with over 7mm of tread.
I have not used the spare in the 16 months I have had the car.
There are no cracks or other items to mention.
Car passed mot just 300 miles ago in November.
I have just washed the wheels to get most of the crud off and wet wheel pictures look good so please be aware they may not look so good in the flesh.
Please feel free to arrange your own collection/delivery and I would be willing to meet up with a potential buyer with social distance in mind
Never sold anything like this so not to sure on value.
As it's a complete set and I believe original Land Rover wheels and good tyres I would like to ask £400.

Hi so no one interested I need these wheels out of the way so will accept £200.
That's five wheels five decent tyres a give awaypete truckle

Well sir if you cannot read the tread depth a visit to the opticians might be in order and yes I do wear glasses and they are quite visible to me.
Try putting two fingers on the pictures then slide your fingers apart and hey presto the image enlarges itself ,even more visible then lol pete truckle

It’s nicer to have them as high res, means potential buyers can zoom in and see damage. I was going to say GLWS but I won’t bother.

Sorry I don't understand GWLS meaning and as for high resolution I can only upload a certain amount of file data.
I take your point so I will create a link to the pictures on my Google pictures where people can see them maybe in a higher resolution.
Please click on the link below

Please let me know if the pictures are assessable.
Thank youpete truckle

Pete, Del was just trying to help by do doing something he does for a lot of people by editing some code in your post which makes the pictures display in high resolution. GLWS short for “good luck with the sale”

I do not know that I I assumed someone was trying to help hence the friendly banter about the glasses.
I have taken on board what was suggested and applied a link for potential buyers to see more pictures, whether they are in a higher resolution I would not know, all depends on the device they are viewing them from.
If I offended anyone well I apologize it was not my intention pete truckle

seems no one likes the wheels then I must have annoyed a few of you with my remarks about needing glasses it seems 8)
Well they need to go as they are in the way so first one to put their hands gets them for £200.
That's five perfectly
good 18inch wheels and tyres all with 5+mm tread depth, one wheel the tyre is as new.
There are no cracks and hardly any kerb marks.
Enlarge the pictures and use the link which I added for you to see other pictures and have added pictures so as to see them on my D3
