D4 L319 - Auxillary Battery - No Voltage Reading?

Hi there! thank you for the group, first post hope it works ok.

My Eco mode light has come on (not available) took it to a garage to check Main and Aux Batteries.

The Main is fine, the Aux battery doesnt even give a voltage reading? does that mean it is dead?

Would the Exide EK151 be a simple installation for a novice? I think I need a socket wrench.
