Vehicle dynamics control module - brake bleeding, C1A00-4B

Hello,

I tried running the procedure for brake bleeding using Jlr Mongoose Pro and also using Delphi ds150e on my discovery 3 and have noticed the same strange behavior: for the left front and back brake line, the abs unit does not activate when bleeding. i hear no sound and feel no pressure at the pedal. it runs correctly for the right front and back brake line.

i tried multiple times, been pumping the brakes like crazy Very Happy
First 2 tries, not even an error code logged. 3rd time i got:

Vehicle Dynamics control module:
C1A00-4B - Control Module (System internal failure - over temperature)

Transfer case control module:
U0122-87 - Lost communication with vehicle Dynamics Control Module

All Terrain Control Module
U0403-94 - Invalid Data received from transfer case control module (Component failure - unexpected operation)

Instrument Cluster Control Module
U0132-87 - Lost Communication with ride level control module (Bus signal/message failure - missing a message)

Audio Front Control Module
B1A00-16 - Control Module (General electrical failure - circuit voltage below threshold)

(Apparently related in the order above?)

ABS and HDC working without any logged error codes and tested in dirt road, looking from outside and checking the tire traces in the dirt, the wheels are being blocked/released properly during normal operation, so it seems that VDM is doing it's magic, but i am still a little worried.

The codes are intermittent and do not reappear after clearing, only when triggering the brake bleed procedure.

Any help fixing this or further hints debugging this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Smile

Apparently this is normal behavior.

Checked with a second disco 3. bleeding the brakes operates exactly the same.

Error codes were from abs unit overheating because of repeated bleeding.
