Diagnostic P132B Autel AP200

Hi all

Recently got recommended to the above diagnostic tool

First time plugged in and it seems to have given me a full read and returned codes

One of which is why I got it I’m the first place. Intermittent / no boost.

The EGRs have been unplugged by me and blanked by previous owner. So im presuming those codes are to be ignored safely.

However it says turbo boost control A. See attached image.

Is this a specific code that anyone recognised as a certain problem? So I know what I’m fixing? Or is it a general code?

Hopefully it’s specific enough for me to prepare for the repair and not spend more money fixing parts that aren’t broke in the hopes.

I seem to have found this diagnostic tool quite good so far. I’ve used a cheap Ome before so know the basics. And this one seems to be giving me more information. However I don’t know how to translate things in to certain fixes. (I’m hoping to follow up with a YouTube how to video to fix each problem).

Does your turbo actuator arm move freely?

Hi I’ve been avoiding digging too deep in to things before having a proper code reader. As to avoid wasting days on presumptions.

It sounded like it was moving when ignition turned off moved 10 times and sounded ok.

Since giving it some welly it started making weird noises. Then it became a constant problem.

I was hoping this code would explain exactly where I need to be looking

See attached image

I got some copper grease spray from screwfix for about £6

Managed to access the turbo arm very easily. Just undo the heat plate. Could see it moving.

Yesterday I sprayed it with contact cleaner also which hopefully ate away any crud.

Probably a 5 minute job now I know how to do it

See copper spray area in image

Hope this helps others
