Eas pump
So my pumps packed in after 18000 miles or 2 and a half years, is it possible to trace the pump by it’s numbers, here’s a couple of pics, also didn’t realise it was so easy to do, also I’m not sure why it’s got metal Marker pen on it

ok its just how it was worded on bottom of invoice
to be fair the date on the pump is the date of manufacture so could have been on shelf for a while
,but looking at it looks old ,were the covers on it on the car?

Totally agree, he’s took me for a mug by the looks of it, I’ve spoken to another owner who believes he’s done the same to him

Hi
Plus 1 ,ref the refurb, looks like it’s from a breakers seeing it has the writing on the side , see it on ebay all the time for second hand parts
Wonder if u can get any recourse seeing u paid for a new pump , maybe they thought with it being out the way that u would never find out
Will be interesting to see if on contacting them if there’ll be honourable and replace it or refund u
Also hope they fitted a denso alternator

Hopefully that’s a bit clearer
Wow, there labour is cheap, seeing there’s the replacement of upper wishbones and no mention of alignment carried out
Plus 1 , about having the work inspected
