How long to do a proper flush with new filter and trans fluid. Also any ideas on an approximate cost.
The box works fine but as I have a small leak from the drain plug it might be worth having it done.

In my view after 60.000 you should flash if you really wanna keep the car. and then maybe every two years change gearbox oil.

they don't remove the drain plug when they flush. So you would want to get that sorted first.
It's usually the electrical connector sleeve that leaks, which requires the sump pan to be removed to change.
