This wont help you but Haynes Manual doesn't give a torque for pinion but suggests, marking the position of the nut before removal , and replace in the same position within 5 degrees . Presumably there is a collapsible collar .

Really appreciate your help, I have gone with the rough position it was when I took it off.

Just don’t want to do any damage to the bearing by over or under tightening it.

Thanks again

The final torque value is dependent on pinion backlash, so the general procedure for oil seal replacement is to mark the positions before removal. You'll have to take your best guess now as otherwise you may end up with bearing damage or worse.

Mark the position of the flange nut and count full turns loosening it, as you typically would with outer tie rod.
