I doubt that....
Since these are the ones that fit:
275/45R20 Cooper Zeon LTZ (AT) 110 S
275/45R20 Continental Cross Contact UHP (RB) 110 Y
275/45R20 Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 (RB) 110 Y
275/45R20 Yokohama V802 (RB) 110 Y
285/50R20 Cooper Zeon LTZ (AT) 116 S
285/50R20 Continental Cross Contact UHP (RB) 116 W
295/45R20 General Grabber UHP (RB) 114 V
295/45R20 Continental Cross Contact UHP (RB) 114 W
295/45R20 Kumho KL12 (RB) 114 W
295/45R20 Toyo Proxes Street Terrain (RB) 114 V
Maybe you can go a little big bigger but..
I presume 275/60 R20 is much to high on a D4
I have a early D3 with more space in the arches than a D4
And just fitted 265/65 R18 that is the max radius without modification, radius 400mm
Your proposed tyre has a radius of 419mm
But... i never tried it, so there may be other opinions... my calculations are just math and logic..
Keep in mind that if it lowers to the bump stops (in case of an emergency) and the tyre is too big, it is damage....and danger... Best regards
Harold
