| D3 HSE seats in a commercial base spec, heated seats issue |

Hi all!
Recently i picked up a HSE 7 seater rolling shell as a donor for my Commercial D3 which i am converting to a 5 seater crewcab.
I have swapped over the 5 seats from the HSE. they are all (bar the middle rear seat) heated seats.
I have also swapped over the centre console buttons for the rear heated seats and plugged them in, as well as swapping the climate control unit over for the front heated seat butttons, and finally i have de-loomed the HSE wiring and salvaged the front seat wiring harness that connects the back of the climate control module to the 2 harness connectors at the end of each A -Pillar.
I have also updated the CCF to tell the ECU it has all of the above installed.
Currently i am having some trouble getting the seats to work. All the lights come on correctly for all 4 seats, but none of the seats warm up.
I have checked the 2x 25A fuses in the battery fuse box, ive added a relay from the HSE into the commercial into position R11 as i believe that is the correct location??
Am i missing another relay or fuse somewhere else?
Any help is great lads cheers!
Oh also, the commercial is 2005 and the HSE is 2006 if that has any impact.
